Andrew McAllister, Partner and Creative Director
Prior to establishing McAllister Media in 2002 Andrew gained global experience through his work with international agencies including Leo Burnett (Chicago), KesselsKramer (Amsterdam), and Crispin Porter & Bogusky (Los Angeles). Andrew worked on such brands as; Polaroid, Handspring Visor, US Army, Morgan Stanley Investments, Chicago Public Library, Oxfam Netherlands, Diesel Kids, Minnesota Women’s Workforce, PETA, and The Fine Living Channel. Andrew has supported organizations in the public and private sector working with them to brand their companies, services and products in creative ways that are on strategy and meet company objectives. He works to apply strategic advertising campaigns integrated across multiple types of media including print, radio and web. Andrew holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and studied Art Direction and Graphic Design at the world renowned Miami Ad School.

Andrew is a senior consultant and trusted advisor to business, government and non-profit organizations. Andrew works closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and financial objectives. Through a strong understanding of your customers, stakeholders, clients and competitors, Andrew ensures communication and media solutions support the organization in strengthening its brand in the market place or identity amongst its stakeholders. He brings a broad range of knowledge and tools in several areas of specialization, including: governance, planning, risk management, financial management, systems development and economic analysis. Andrew holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Masters in Economics from McMaster University.
Tracy McAllister, Partner and Director of Marketing & Client Services
Tracy has over 10 years of Market Research and Marketing experience within the private and public sector. Tracy’s strong background includes experience in; research and development, preparing marketing strategies that build brand recognition and increase market share, developing marketing collateral, articles, white papers, email newsletters, press releases, and website content that speaks to different target audiences. Tracy also has experience developing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to websites including Search Engine Optimization and Management. Tracy has a degree in Sociology specializing in research methods and statistics from the University of Victoria and has many years of experience managing large projects and accounts that adhere to high standards. She also prides herself on providing exceptional customer service, and ensures projects are on-time and on-budget.
